After placing an order, the seller pretended to have sent the item but actually sent it 10 days later. The dress cap is very small. I asked the seller for a refund and to resend the item, but they did not accept. As a result, I have a dress that I should have received 10 days ago for an event, and the dress cap is no bigger than an orange. No matter the dress size, the cap does not change. So now I have a dress that should have been sent 10 days ago and a cap that doesn't fit at all, and they don't want to refund me.
