1) the skirt is slightly different from the photo - it is not white but cream-colored.
2) it really shows through, but only slightly with white underwear and if you bend over. You can walk around the city comfortably. Black underwear naturally shows through a lot.
3) The quality of the skirt is good, but it gathers into a pouch under the elastic band; this is purely a matter of tailoring.
