For height 164, waist 73, hips 101 fits tightly, waist fit. If you need a fashionable low-rise and more loose fit, you should take a size larger. I needed exactly the fit at the waist.
Midi length. There is a lining, but it only goes up to mid-thigh.
Although the fabric composition is 70% polyester, the fabric in appearance and elasticity resembles 100% Italian suit wool. Previously, I used to sew my own skirts from Italian wool. The skirt feels very comfortable on the body. Not heavy. Plastic.
